Kate Lomas celebrates her 'Happy Like This' success with headline gig at The Grace

Our very own Kate Lomas was found celebrating the success of latest single, ‘Happy Like This’ with a headline gig at new Islington music venue, The Grace, last night.

Having amassed over 1.5M Spotify Streams, feature on the BBC Radio 1 playlist, and performances at both Glastonbury and BBC Introducing in Maida Vale studios, this headline gig seems the perfect way to round off a whirlwind year.

Kate struts to the stage of this new and exciting music venue with the sort of confidence which led to her latest single, ‘Happy Like This’ being honoured on the #BTTVMusic playlist. She has an energy which draws the very crowded room in to belt the chorus with her, “we are happy like this, never gonna look back” are truly lyrics worth singing along to. Her melodic dream pop fills the room with sun-kissed, end of summer vibes as she bounces around the stage in her pink overalls.

This pop princess has got her eyes on the prize and shows no signs of slowing down any time soon.
